Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy – Pushpanjali Collection

At Pushpanjali Collection, we strive to provide our customers with quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. Please read our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order on our website.

1. No Return, No Exchange & No Refund

All sales made on our website are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or any other personal preference.

Returns or replacements may be considered only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to verification and approval by Pushpanjali Collection.

2. Order Cancellation & Modification

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, cancellations and modifications are not accepted. Please carefully review your selected products, sizes, colors, delivery address, and order details before completing your purchase.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, you must provide:

A complete, uninterrupted video recording of opening the parcel, starting from the sealed package and clearly showing the product.
Clear photographs and videos showing the issue, if required.
Your order number and relevant order details.

Our team will review your claim and may request additional information for verification. If the claim is approved, Pushpanjali Collection may offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate and subject to applicable law.

Claims submitted after 24 hours or without sufficient evidence may be difficult to verify and may be declined, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

For orders placed under our Partial COD option, an advance payment of ₹200 is required.

If an order is returned to origin (RTO) because the customer refuses delivery, fails to accept the parcel, or the delivery cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to the customer, the ₹200 advance payment will be non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

5. Right to Reject Claims

Pushpanjali Collection reserves the right to review and reject claims that do not meet this policy or involve suspected fraudulent or abusive activity. All claims will be assessed fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
